An exploration of skeletal structures from various vertebrae and carcasses. Through this, a contemplation about the beauty of death becomes a topic- why is it, that there is an air of peacefulness and eerie serenity when it comes to observing skeletons? I love looking at skeletons in their own habitat, looking at structures of past deers or wolves in the forest, covered in moss, feels peaceful. Death is beautifully presented as the fragility teetering between itself and life, and skeletons are the grounding aspect of our transient existence. Though minute, yet forever.

A digital illustration (semi-commission) with the brief to be an illustration of a tiger, as the client was born in that year accordingly to the Chinese zodiac.

The visual inspiration was from the flowers in Alice in Wonderland. A play on the whimsicality of it and contrasting it with stark linework and bold black colour blocking. This piece explores fluidity, and rigidity as well as establishing a plane and environment through repetitive motifs and imagery.

Illustration and poster design for the Professional Practices Unit. Under a speculative design brief, our group decided to focus on nihilism and the impression of 'what if nothing changed?' as a core concept of our approach. In terms of tackling environmentalism, cost of living, and human rights in a holistic manner.

As part of the solution, we created propaganda-Esque activist posters that are provocative, bold and straightforward. These are then part of a website that is also coded in order to access the group's solution in the form of a poster and a manifesto.

- website structure itself is done by me (via figma) the only illustration that I have done is 'dead by the time they card'.
- other visual elements such as the black photography elements and the other posters are done by a teammate in the group.

A digital illustration as part of a flash tattoo design for a back placement. This was an experimentation on illustrating tattoo-style pieces, as well as looking into considering parts of the body affecting the design of the tattoo itself. As part of this project the flashes were put up for sale on a digital, online platform as part of a digital marketing and social media management practice.
